THE NEW DIAPHRAGM LIQUID PUMP WITH LINEAR DRIVE

FL 10, the newest addition to the KNF liquid pump family, provides a flow rate of 0 - 100 ml/min in a compact and extremely robust design. Unlike most diaphragm pumps, FL 10 prevents uncontrolled liquid flow and backflow when switched off. In addition, flow rate adjustments are fast and easy via signal frequency modulation. These features greatly simplify integration into your unit, thus saving time and money.

1. VARIOUS VOLTAGES

The FL 10 is available with coils for the following voltages: - 24V DC - 230V AC / 50HZ - 115 AC / 60 Hz. The integrated freewheeling diode prevents feedback of discharge spikes into your system and makes suppression measures unnecessary.

2. PRECISE ACTUATION

With the DC-P version, flow rate can be adjusted quickly and precisely between 0 and 100 ml/min by adjusting signal frequency. Or, select an AC version for 50 or 60 Hz operation, depending on the region.

3. COMPACT AND ROBUST DESIGN

The linear, space-saving design simplifies installation into compact units. Built for operation in demanding conditions such as wet or dry areas, the pump’s IP protection class reduces the need for additional protection measures in your system. Furthermore, sealing between pump housing and the linear drive ensures fail-safe operation, so that in rare cases of a ruptured diaphragm, liquid is kept away from other areas of the system.

4. INTEGRATED VALVE FUNCTION

Spring tension in the linear drive ensures flow tightness in both directions when the FL 10 is switched off. Thus, uncontrolled liquid flow and backflow is prevented without the need for additional valves.

5. RELIABLE KNF DIAPHRAGM TECHNOLOGY

Thanks to the well-proven KNF diaphragm technology, the medium is transported extremely gently, which is of benefit especially in the case of sensitive fluids. Furthermore, there is no contamination from wear particles, as in the case of gear pumps, for example. Combined with long-lasting linear drive technology and outstanding dry-run properties, this results in pumps that are maintenance-free throughout their entire service life.

6. DURABLE MATERIALS

Chemically-resistant flow path materials such as FFKM and PTFE are used in the FL 10, ensuring reliable transportation of a wide range of aggressive media.
